The goal is to lift a cumulative total of 1000 pounds or more with only three lifts - squat, bench press, and deadlift.
This app will allow you to quickly enter your lift amounts and calculate the total. Tap on each lift to enter a lift amount, once you have a value for each lift you can submit your attempt. Your submission total will appear along with the difference from 1000 pounds.
